Who needs to take the TLSAE Course in Florida?

Anyone applying for their first Florida driver's license must complete the course.

All first time drivers 18 years old and older must complete the state-approved TLSAE course to meet Florida DHSMV requirements before they can take the Class E Knowledge Exam.
